L'il Toot is a 35' custom sport fishermen with an enclosed heated cabin, large cockpit, full electronics and custom fishing tackle. We run 1/2, 3/4, and full day trips, as well as extended day offshore trips.
Fish in our waters are cod, blues, striped bass, sea bass, porgies, fluke, black fish, tuna, shark, bonito, and mahi-mahi.
L'il Toot also is available for ash burials, sightseeing tours, and dive charters.
We have been chartering for 32 years, and cater to all types of fishermen. Families, and novice anglers to expert tournament fishermen all make up our clientele. Don't be surprised if the captain grabs a rod and fishes right along side of you while bottom fishing. We also enjoy cooking up a fish or two for you to taste if you've never tried that species before.
L'il Toot's captain and mate want you to have an exciting, fun filled day on the ocean or bay, and their professional experience will make that happen for you.

Boat Info: 35' JC Custom Sport Fishermen with a 375hp Cat. diesel. Clean, Comfortable, and Safe. It has a large cockpit with 2 fighting chairs, and a large live well for the fish. The cabin is enclosed and heated. There is a galley with microwave, refigerator, and hot and cold water. Stand up head with shower is also available. Complete electronics package with radar, 2 gps chart plotters, 2 vhf radios, fish finder, auto pilot, hailer and cell phone. L'il Toot also has a tuna tower and outriggers for offshore fishing.

We Supply: We supply all bait and fishing tackle. Penn, Shimano, Avet, Abu-Garcia reels, Star, Lamiglass, and Fenwick rods.

 Captains Bio:
Captain John Rainone holds a USCG 100 ton Masters License, and has been chartering for 32 years. His fishing experience is well over 50 years of salt water fishing from land and boats. For over 23 years Capt. John was the President of the RI Party and Charter Boat Association, and also serves on many Advisory Panels for the RI Marine Fisheries Council. He is co-editor of the RI Fishing Magazine and writes fishing articles and provides photos for that magazine. He has also conducted seminars for various fishing clubs and for Salt Water Magazines Fishing Seminar at the Mohegan Sun Casino.
Captain John is a true professional if you want to learn about bottom fishing or tuna fishing. He enjoys showing you the techniques needed to be successful at catching your fish, and has the patience and knowledge to make it an enjoyable experience for all. |
